Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Siseongot (the “Company”) and users of the Wedrawing online store (the “Store”) operated by the Company.

① “Store” means the online marketplace operated by the Company through which goods and services are offered to users.

② “User” means any member or non-member who accesses the Store and uses the services provided under these Terms.

③ “Member” means a person who has registered an account with the Store and may use its services on an ongoing basis.

① The Company posts these Terms so that users can easily access them within the Store.

② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea. Amendments are announced at least 7 days before their effective date, together with the reasons for the change.

① The Company provides product information, the conclusion of purchase contracts, and the production and delivery of purchased goods.

② Where a product becomes unavailable or its specifications change, the Company may modify the goods to be provided under future contracts.

① A user applies for membership by completing the registration form and agreeing to these Terms.

② A member may request account deletion at any time, and the Company will process it without delay.

A user places an order by selecting an artwork, size, quantity, and options, entering a shipping address, and completing payment. A contract is formed when the Company accepts the order. International orders are charged in USD and paid via PayPal; the final total, including shipping for the destination country, is displayed before payment.

All prints are made to order. International orders are produced at professional print facilities in or near the destination country and typically ship within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation. This period may be extended due to force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances, and the user will be notified in such cases.

① A user may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable Korean law. If the law of your country of residence grants you a longer mandatory withdrawal period, that period applies.

② However, because each print is individually produced to the user's order (size, frame, and finish), withdrawal may be restricted once production has started, where this has been notified in advance and agreed to — consistent with exemptions for made-to-order goods under applicable consumer protection laws.

③ If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, the Company will reprint or refund it at no cost to you. Detailed exchange and refund standards follow the Exchange/Return Policy on each product page.

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

① The Company is exempt from liability for failure to provide services due to force majeure or equivalent circumstances beyond its control.

② These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's country of residence. Disputes will first be resolved through mutual consultation; failing that, they will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and commercial practice.
